Dear All,

We have a crystal report for printing a PO and its works fine. We are revising the PO adding Terms in Report Footer B (already report footer A has some details which prints in 1st page) and Report footer has to print as 2nd page. This works fine but when I print the report viewer of crystal report show 1/3 pages for 2 pages instead of 1/2. I have tried everything with crystal report page setup and contacted the SAP crystal report community with no Luck. Anyone have experienced this please help me. Following is the screenshot of output. Please note that if I print this report to a printer its print only 2 pages and same with PDF 2 pages but on report viewer its coming as 1 /3.

Hi All,

can anyone in the GP community help on this. I used to get lot of replies in the past in GP community but now its kind of very silent, is this because everyone switching to BC.

Hi Almas,

Thanks for your kind reply. We have a crystal report for printing purchase order in GP we have this purchaseorder.dll file in GP Addins folder.

When we print PO of GP the crystal report will be printed and in the Crystal report we have used sections page header, details report footer a. This is our existing report and its works fine and when we print PO it will be printed one page with all page header, details and report footer b in one page.

We wanted to add terms section as a separate page after the first page in the PO so I added terms in report footer b and added this formula on page header supress to supress the page header on last page PageNumber >= TotalPageCount -1 (otherwise page header also will be printed in last page)

When we print the PO after adding the page footer B its print first page correctly and 2nd page with terms but it also give a blank area of 3 i.e. 1 /3 (1st page PO header details and report footer and 2nd page with terms and 3 page blank area.
