Hi All,

I have setup the alert for all users and users setup alert but it is not showing a message and not send emails

I tried the following :

http://msdynamicserp.blogspot.ca/2015/08/popup-alert-or-email-alert-is-not.html#.Vs99mcLrvvU

http://msdynamicserp.blogspot.ca/2015/08/how-to-create-e-mail-alert-in-ax-2012.html#.Vs974sLrvvU

And I got email when I did broadcast

Not the alert though.

Can you let me know where else I should check.

Is it generating a record in the EventCUD table when you make the necessary change to the desired table?

    Yes it is

Can you breakpoint and trace the EventProcessorCUD class, probably methods processUpdate() or processInsert() depending on your rule, and determine what it's actually doing with that EventCUD record?

They're suggesting that your alerts are working fine, but that the e-mails are not being delivered, possibly due to junk and/or SPAM rules or whatever.

If that were the case, you would have records in the outgoing e-mail tables, and since the alerts would still be fundamentally working, you should be able to get popup alerts even though e-mail isn't working.

But in your original post, you indicated that the popup alerts and the e-mail alerts were BOTH not working, so I'm not suspicious at all of your e-mail server.  There is something not right with the alert setup.
