Request canceled - Workflow

Hello, friends!


I have a question of canceling a request for approval at a quote. 

Hello friends My approval is limited. Three entries are created. The first entry is automatically approved by me when I send it. The second person approves and I decide to cancel the request, what should happen? My offer is open, but in the approval entries the third entry is open, not canceled. As I try to send a new request, I do not have the send button active because I have an open entry in the approvals. Is this normal or I need to create a workflow to cancel.

    Go to "Approval Entries" and "Reject" the approval.

    Hello,

    No, it's not a normal.

    In your workflow you have to run response "Cancel the approval request for the record and create a notification." for the event "An approval request for ... document is canceled.".

    Check settings in the workflow templates, you can find examples there.
