Can i know weather there is a on premise version Dynamics 365 for customer service ? Or any on premise version Dynamics CRM which i log for new customer

    There is a 8.2 release of Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (both Sales and Customer Service) available on Premise.

    cloudblogs.microsoft.com/.../october-update-brings-new-user-experience-to-dynamics-365-for-customer-engagement was published yesterday and confirms that there the October 2018 9.02 release / update will be available in October for Sales and Customer Service...
