Best way to create a Content Calendar

Hey everyone,

Currently we do not have an overview of the emails that will be sent in the next few days and by whom or which department.
This results in some days we have several emails being sent at the same time without the others knowing.  So I'm looking for the best way to have an overview of the bulk emails we have and will sent in a calendar view directly in Dynamics. Maybe MS has already thought of this and there is something standard?

My first idea was to use the "marketing calendar" view in the Customer Journey entity but we have several limitations.
It is not possible to put different colours in the calendar depending on the type of CJ (Newsletter, Event, ...), we have to put an end time (Most of our mailings are simple bulk email, by default we set a duration of 3h for our customer journeys), we are in Belgium so we have to do everything twice because we have several official languages.

Then I thought we can use tasks and use the "marketing calendar" view.

What do you think would be the best way to do it?

    I would use the cross-journey analytics board. You can define your own set of analytics and even create near realtime insights. This is a new feature in D365 Marketing but you can get more information through this url - docs.microsoft.com/.../real-time-marketing-analytics.
