524Sounds easy enough. Due to human error, an intercompany packing slip was posted for a shipment that was due a few days later.
A few days later, the shipment arrives, and the whole thing is posted in an arrival journal, including the items that were already on the aforementioned packing slip.
Fortunately, allowed overdelivery was turned off, but unfortunately some lines were partial shipments and were received twice.
Now the situation is that in company A, the items were posted once as shipped, and in company B the same lines were posted twice as received.
I guess you have to try it to appreciate the true complexity of the situation ;)
What would be the right way and the proper way to spell correct in this scenario?
