Hello,

I have Issues with some of the forms and Views in out environment. We have made som changes in our DEV environment and did a solution import to the production environment. But the views and forms have not changed in production. I get no errors when I do the import.

Does someone know what could be the issue here?

Best Regards,

Emma

Hello, yes we have done some changes in producion in  customisation layer because we needed to resolve an error very quick. Mabye that caused the issue. I tried to overwrite customisations but still doesn't work...

Do I need to chnag the order of the layers?

    Hi,

If you have on-premise then try resetting IIS. For online raise a ticket to Microsoft

Mark answer as verified, if it is feasible for you

Is it likely that changes have been made directly in production in the customisation layer? Try importing your solution as an upgrade and overwrite customisations.

Hello, It is a managed solution...

I haven't had this problem before when I have done similar changes.

    Hello Emma,

What type of solution did you import? If it's unmanaged one - you will have to publish it in your production to apply changes.
