WorkerPurchPlacer Blank

Hi,

When we create a new Purchase Orders, most users are not populating the WorkerPurchPlacer field, a couple of users do, and I can't spot any differences between users at do and users that don't.

Had anyone else had similar issues, if so what was the problem, if not what specific things should I be looking at.

Many Thanks

Nick

    Hello Nick,

Can this issue be caused by the roles that you assigned to the different employees?

Another place to look for is the Dynamics AX company were these employees are working for from a HR module perspective.

    Hope this helps,

    Ludwig

    Ludwig,

Thanks for the response, unfortunately my user is one of the ones with the issue and I am a system admin, so I don't think it is associated to the assigned roles.

All users are created within the HR module and if I can't spot any obvious differences between the ones that work and those that don't.

    Thanks

    Nick

    Hello Nick,

Then I would suggest - as Sohaib indicated - that you take a look at the employement history and the worker position assignments in the HR module. Can you identify any differences between your employees there?

    Sohaib,

Thanks, checked this out and created a relation for myself and the field is now populated, I have created relationships for other users so I'll wait for them to create some POs and see if the field is populated as well.

    Regards

    Nick
