Approved vendors and MRP

Hi,

If I have defined multiple approved vendors for Item A, when running MRP, and it creates planned purchase order, is there a way to let it pickup a vendor (from the approved vendor list) based on the site ID?

In other words, I want to use MRP to create planned PO, however, based on the site ID, I need that MRP will pickup up a specific vendor from the approved vendor list.

Thanks

    Hi Sam,

Do you mean MRP pick up specific vendor based on site automatically? Or just you can manually select the approved  vendor?

If it is the first case, you can set it in Item coverage. If the second, you can directly select the approved vendor in planned orders form.
