Hi,
Kindly help me how to change compensation based on the Review rating. Any thing like template or process will update set of employees with same rating.
Example: In USMF Department Sales and Marketing employees who all have received review rating 4 need to increase there compensation with 10%. As HR using D365 HRMS how can achieve.

You can defined a Fixed compensation actions that can be used when hiring a new employee or when changing an employees salary related to each rating:
