Flow button not visible to one user

Hi Team,

One of our user is unable to see the flow button on the ribbon. Things I have verified:

1. Shared the flow with the user.

2. Flow is enabled firm wide

3. When user signs into us.flow.microsoft.com, she is able to see the flow

This is happening only with one user. Any idea what could be the issue?

    Hi Rav,

    Please check whether this user's security role includes "Run Flows" permission.
