Document management define printouts to customers group

I have edited the free text invoice document template according to the client's requirements - I have linked the document in the print manager, but the section where we can select printouts for a specific group of recipients does not work here (as it works for SSRS) - I mean: I didn't receive error - but when I am going to invoice journal and try print printing management - nothing happened (without any message) Has anyone encountered such a case and knows how to solve it?

Hi Sir,

I read that you set the conditions, so did you take that into consideration when you tryed print management, and did you have that issue with other options such as preview?

Hi Judy,

thank you for your answer.

When I am using the preview option, the query also works unproperly (I received a printout but is incompatible with a defined query).
