I have an excel file that contain a column with french language and i have to find for each column in he excel file here corresponding column in nav database . how can i found this and it's not just for this,there is many other column .

I guess you can't edit NAV tables with your license and can't add columns. You can try to navigate through Object Designer to open tables and check table properties.
You can refer the msdn / technet details abt each and every tables and related fields. Links have been shared in previous blogs.
Also, you can refer the available fields from NAV front end. No need to go to table all the times.
Regarding, customizations or adding fields, connect your partner or go with developer license.

I use Nav 2015 ,the excel file contain information about a company and some of exisiting columns are required now i want to know for each column of table vendor in navision 2015 her definition ,i don't have a developer license to explore it so i can't define for each column her definition .
anf if i can add a column in navision for the table vendor .
Can you provide more details about the excel file? What type of information it contains?
