Hi,
Following this guideline https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/omnichannel/administrator/configure-custom-channel, to configure a custom messaging channel, we have to integrate with Direct Line.
Can we bring our own channel without using Direct Line or can we build a messaging channel instead of Direct Line?

Because Direct Line is a costly solution, I want to find another solution which I can manage the cost and deployment myself.
