Contact connected to conversation through power automate but timeline is not loading on conversation.

Using omni channel,

 A Contact is connected to conversation through power automate but timeline is not loading on conversation.

Attached Screenshots of the flow for better understanding,

After searching the customer from the search is timeline is appearing fine,
where else if we are setting the customer from power automate flow we are unable to view the Timeline
