Can we combine two waves into a single wave?

Dear

We have a case were a two sales orders get released to warehouse individually but we need to combine them in a single wave since we are sending the goods to the customer in a single truck

Is it possible to add the second wave to the first wave?

    Hi,

    There is a workaround for this.

    You can hit "Maintain shipments" button on a wave, on wave lines tab you can remove the shipments in it.

    Then hit maintain shipments button on the other one and the shipments you removed will be on the top grid, just select them and hit "Add to wave"

    Application will check wave status and decide whether you can do this or not.

    However, one truck is more related to having one shipment not one wave.. If having one shipment is what you need then you can hit "Consolidate shipments" on one of these shipments and choose the other ones. This will let you have one truck at the end.

    In addition to Fatih's answer, if you only have a small number of customers (or only need to do this for a small number of customers), you could create a Wave template for the Customer and have it add Shipments for this customer to open waves (until you are ready to pick them).

    The downside of this is that, in standard, you need a Wave template for each customer, which could soon get out of hand.
