what about an already created open customer transaction where I need to change the mandate because the previous has been cancelled? Is it possible to modify that transaction?

Hello Fabio,
Irrespective of whether such a change is technically feasible, I would say that this is not allowed to do and that you bank is not eligible to collect the money for you because the mandate was cancelled.
You would have to create a new mandate and invoice document if the previous was cancelled.
Please double check and verify with your customer and bank.
Hi,
It is possible to modifiy the mandate on a posted customer transaction. You go to the customer transactions, click on the voucher number. Once inside the transaction, click on edit and the mandate field is editable.
