Unable to Launch VM in Learning lab - May 2024

Hi Team,
Trying to launch VM but it won't go past 'loading virtual machine'.
Lab - Explore Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management - Training | Microsoft Learn
I confirm I am logged into Microsoft learn (top right).
I get past the verification. I get to the Loading but it spins infinitely saying Loading.

 
I have tried the following to no avail:
- logged into using 3 different email addresses.
- 2 different browsers: Edge + Chrome.
- 2 different laptops.
- Cleared my history including cookies for all of the above.
- Used standard and incognito mode to do all of the above.

I am located in Australia.
Is someone else able to launch this VM in Australia to confirm it works?

    Is there a solution to this ? or are we still waiting on Microsoft as this has been a issue for months now
