Send an in-app notification when a task or note record is "added or modified" to a case.

Hi everyone.

I am trying to create a flow that sends an in-app notification when a related record is added or modified to a case.

The screenshot below is the flow when a case is "added or modified" which works.

Just thinking of the logic for when a task or note related to a case record is added to the case.
