Find entire audit history for single note (annotation) record

Hi everyone - I have had auditing turned on for the Note table for a year now. I am able to go into the audit summary view and see rows in there about my notes, but I am not able to go into a particular note record and view its full audit history from inside the record. I cannot customize or create any new forms for the note table, so I'm wondering how to do this?

Hi cjanow3,

Unfortunately, it seems that it is by-design.

Through my test, OOB form indeed can't show 'Audit History' tab:

As you said, the system does not allow anyone to create new forms as well as edit the current form in the Note.
