I am having a challenge with some users being able to access the system and some not.

These are our system details

I cant link to CRM in outlook and lost.

30x Dynamics CRM Professional - User CAL 2013

SBS2011 with Exchange 2010 (14.1 Build 218.15)
All clients are running Office 2010 Pro SP2

Failed to getpriv user group information. k = 90019f57-c3a1-4a79-96d2-1fe2d69db411 privUserGroup: b18e2a90-8d1b-4777-9bed-ad2a829d30c4, LocalSystemAdGuid: 00000000-0000-0000-0000000000, Exception: Microsoft.Crm.CrmSecurityException:Could not find GUID for : DOC$ with Search Filter: samAccountname---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: Logon failure:unknown user name or bad password,---> System.Runtime.Interopervices.COMException: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Bind(Boolean throwIfFail) at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Bind() it keeps going for a few more lines

To resolve this issue simply restart all the CRM Services and reset the iis

Hi,

Recently we were able to resolve similar error from workflow actions and systems job by re-starting the application server.
