On Costing sheet, Rate and Financial dimension cannot be edited

Hi there

So I first had the problem that the user with this certain role, was not able to add, change or validate costing sheets. Now this is working, but somehow on the form the user:

CAN edit:

  • Genrral
  • Absorption basis
  • Ledger postings

CANNOT edit:

  • Rate
  • Financial dimensions.

The role has the following roles, duties and privileges:

One of the privileges contains the following perrmissions, all with delete rights:

Any ideas why this user cannot edit Rate and Financial dimensions?

    Hi Hanna85,

    Is it not working for one user, but does work for other users with the same role? Can this user perform the changes with the system administrator role assigned?

    If it works with the system administrator, it is related to security. You are only showing object names, but not the contents of each security object. As you masked some prefixes, I do assume you are using custom also customized security objects. It will be helpful if you then share more details related to the permissions for the costing sheet.

    It doesn't work for the role. The user can perform the task with SysAdmin role.

    Most of the duties are standard, the one that aren't, are not the source of the problem, as I already removed them and it is stoll not working.

    For the following MenuItems the role has "NoAccess":

    Hi Hanna85,

    The standard privileges don't have the tabFinancialDimensions as form permissions included. This control is having a property NeededPermission set to 'Manual'. This would be the reason why with standard security a user will not see the tab page. In your original post, you showed one screenshot where this tabFinancialDimension is added on a privilege. Can you verify if this control is set to have delete permissions?

    Can you share a screenshot which will illustrate the issue with the Rate?

    Hi there

    Yes, the Tab Financial dimensions has Delete rights. I The user with this roles sees the financial Tab but cannot edit it.

    I really don't know what else to try
