Payer's name, recipient's name and federal income tax witheld are to high, it needs to go down.

If you have access to the AOT you can click on Reports. Scroll down to Tax1099Report / Designs / Tax1099Misc. Double click on Generated Design. You should be able to move the field to adjust.

We're also trying to print 1099-MISC and finding the fields do not align with the spaces on the pre-printed form.
I have a suspicion that I'm just not using the correct form. For example, you can get forms with tear-off edges printed by the IRS, you can download the form and print it yourself (either actual size or fit to page which changes margins and shrinks the entire image a big), and the form might change slightly from one year to next.
I'm having a hard time believing that the form simply doesn't align at all with any form. I feel like I just don't know which form they used to build the report.
Has anyone gotten the 1099-MISC to align with a pre-printed form, and if so where did you find the form itself?
