Suddenly our dev and test environement (not prod) have got several managed solutions named "Omnichannel xxxx". We have not installed these, solution history say they are installed by SYSTEM 1 month ago.
It cause several dependency problem when deploying new solutions... and get dependency error when trying to remove. Cannot find Omnichannel from D365 app menu.
Why and how?
Same for us, can anybody please let us know how can we fix it or avoid it?
Hi Paal,
Just navigate to the Power platform admin center, then select your environement and Navigate to Ressources.
You will find all applications installed in your environement.
Select the Omnichannel app, and then deinstall it.
Tell us if this solution resolve your problem.
