In Dynamics 365, the relationship between Opportunities and Competitors is typically many-to-many (N:N). This means that when you remove a competitor from an opportunity, you are deleting the association between the two records—not the records themselves.
In subgrids representing N:N relationships, a "Remove" button should be available to delete this association. If this option is missing, the issue is likely due to customization or configuration settings rather than permission restrictions—especially since you can still add competitors.First, check if you can remove induvial records. (follow below image) if not works, then:
