Hi,
Is there any tool we can view the content of Deployable package? WE try to troubleshooting the label issue, and would like to see what the label content in the Deployable Package.
Thanks,
Hi Yuji,
The package is a deployment and compilation unit of one or more models, it includes model metadata, binaries, reports and other associated resources.
A deployable package does NOT contain the source code, only the runtime objects.
But you can use third-party tool such as ILSpy, Reflector to decompile the DLL file to C# code.
What issue you are facing with labels ? If you see AOS service folder with in deployable package all package file are nuget package files(.nupkg) . You can search on the web if you can use any tool to view content of those. When i searched i got first result as below link.
stackoverflow.com/.../examine-contents-of-a-nuget-package
but instead of looking at you should explain your issue first so that we can help you better.
Best would be to make sure it's correct in current build, create another deployment and then verify the issue again.
You can simply make sure that the label is in ADO in the version that was built in the deployable package. Also check your build pileline's PackageExclusions variable, that is used to leave out some models/packages from your deployable package.
It seems that Yuji already created a separate thread for the label issue: community.dynamics.com/.../label-now-shown-after-rename-the-label-id
