NavUserPassword Credentials for NAV client 2017.

Hi, 

I have already setup the NavUserPassword Credentials for NAV client. When I open NAV it requires user name and password. Attached are the screenshots.

But the requirement is to open NAV with username and password and LS NAV Start for POS without username and password.

    You need to change the ClientServicesCredentialType in ClientUserSettings from NavUserPassword to Windows.

    Hi,

    I have already created a separate instance for LS retail and setup the credential as windows but after that when i try to open the LS Nav Start it again ask me the same username and password.

    Go to NAV Administration Panel - You will find one instance there with NavUserPassword make one more with Windows Credential and the assign this Service Instance to LS.

    Try to change DatabaseWindowsAuthentication parameter in LS config:

    devhelp.ls-one.com/.../ConfigurationFile.htm

    Thanks for replying. Can you please tell me what are settings for creating separate instance for LS retail.I have created seperate instance for LS retail but again when i am trying to open LS NAV POS it is asking same username and Password

    Hi!

    Create new NAV instance with same database and Windows credentials and use it for LS Retail.
