How much of a sample are you destoying? Maybe you just destoy all items being received? And that's why you get no on-hand as a result?

    Mr. Ivan,

Yes all received quantity had been passed under destroy QC.

A destructive test means the item gets destroyed in the process of quality inspection.

For example, you test a toaster with a hammer to see how it withstands structural damage.

Normally only done for a small sample of the goods being received, for obvious reasons.

You destroyed the items, you cannot bring them to Avail Physical.

You need to configure your quality order to NOT be destructive if the goods are not actually destroyed in the process, OR configure to only test a small sample of the items, meaning the rest will be available after QC.

Thanks Mr. Ivan for explaining, I am noted now, I will clear all Check Box for Destructive Test.

Some items already processed, how to bring it back to Available Physical.

Well, you can just do an Inventory Adjustment for those, I guess that should be OK? It really depends on your business processes - like, the purchase price / item cost - is that important? Is it important which accounts the value goes to, etc.?

We can do Inventory Adjustment again.

The items under destructive test is Passed, the quantity had been passed.  No way to bring it back by any way.  I don't want to go for Inventory Adjustment.
