I have recently created custom channel in customer journeys. It works but it shows an error/warning when i click on that custom channel when it's live....
I couldn't find any articles how to add that channel definition record. Can someone help me?

The warning shows up because there is no "content" associated with the custom channel. For e.g. with the email tile you have to select the email record in order to send the email.
Based on what you are trying to do with the custom channel you can associate an appropriate record with the tile while the journey is in draft mode. The custom channel will then pick up that record to send.
This is just a warning and could be ignored if your custom channel implementation does not require any content be associated with it.
