I am using Dynamics 365 online Customer service module. I want to track the actual time User spent on a Case. To achieve that I want to use Timer control. If user has opened the Case then timer should run and calculate the time and should pause when Case form is closed.
Can I customize the Timer control for this behavior or is there any other way to achieve this.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks for your response, I will try these options.
Hi sainathas,
Unfortunately, you can’t use timer control to achieve it, because the timer control just counts down according to a time field.
If you insist on it, you can try to use js to achieve it, but it will be a difficult thing.
