Hello,
I want to pull a list of employees who have been promoted this year into new roles. How would I do this? Is it possible to pull a report? or create a power automate that pulls this information.

You can do it in two ways.
Option1: When an employee got promoted then send email or notify to HR manager. You can use Power automate for this.
Option2: Create a report and put a filter on date(year/month). In this case, you will see the overview of all employees who are promoted based on date.
In this case, you can use either excel report or Power BI.
As per my opinion, option 2 is best way for you.
