Attaching documents to vendors

I am trying to attach a document to a vendor account in the accounts payable module. When I click on the attachments on the top ribbon nothing happens (although attachments button is enabled). Attachments work for Customers in Accounts receivable module. Is there something I need to enable/activate?? Thanks!

Hi Katka,

Can you check whether all document management settings are setup correctly?

(Organization admin module - Setup - Document management, look especially for the document types that are setup in your system).

You can activate document management to only work on certain tables, please check if this is configured and if the VendTable is defined as one of the tables.

please attached the debugger in docu class on note method and check. Please compile the vendTablelistPage before proceed and also check document handling button property setting in vendtTableListcPage with respect to any working document handling button like customer. It should work if there is no customization.
