Unable to produce new feature of Queue in Early Access 2020 Release

Not Able to produce a new features of QUEUE in Early Access 2020 Release.
As per the above documentation, the queue enhancement is available in the wave 1 early access from Feb 3, however, I cannot find this feature after the upgrade.
We want to understand the following feature in "Enhancements in the queue page" (The agents can now select an item in the queue and view its details on the same page without having to switch contexts. They can also go through the list of items in the queue without the need to navigate away from the page.)
Is there a way to know when these features will be made available for the end-user?
If it is directly made available as a part of General availability, how can this be tested in prior?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi partner,

This feature may be a little hard to find :-)

Let's compare with the old version.

    1.In queue items view.

    Wave 1:

    1581.MicrosoftTeams_2D00_image-_2800_2_2900_.png

    Well, no differences here.

2.When we select a queue item and open its form.

    Old:

    MicrosoftTeams_2D00_image-_2800_3_2900_.png

    Wave 1:

    MicrosoftTeams_2D00_image-_2800_1_2900_.png

As we can see in the pictures, we could navigate to other items quickly and directly without opening other pages in wave 1.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Leo
