Extension Error on VS Code- Your license does not grant you the following permissions

While creating my first extension on Business Central using VS Code I am getting the following error.

If you are targeting a cloud instance, supply these IDs if contacting Microsoft support.

Following License and permission have been assigned to me in Sandbox

Where as in production the license assigned to me is different-

I can not even open Extension Management Page, and shows following error:-

Extension Error on VS Code- Your license does not grant you the following permissions

It looks like you don't have a BC license in the Sandbox. Dynamics 365 Administrator is just a role. In the production environment the license is fine. Please try synchronizing the user again in Sandbox.
