Emails were showing up in the timeline for my user but they have now since went away. The user has reported that the emails pop up after they create an account but then it goes away. We are also having an issue where notes with attachments are disappearing.
I have the setting that allows email to show in timeline selected. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm only having an issue with the emails not showing up in the timeline as far as I can tell. I'm assuming I need to establish a link between outlook and Dynamics maybe? The emails were showing up the other day but now the email conversations are just not showing up in the user's timeline in Dynamics 365 Sales Hub. I'm using the online 365 Sales Hub and I can't find anything about an advanced find feature on Google.
I tried to submit a ticket to Microsoft but it says I need a premier account.

Are only emails 'vanishing' from the timeline or also other types (for example phone calls)? May I assume that you can find the emails through advance find?
