Portal Track When User Logs In and clicks on Documents(CRM Form) To Download Files

Currently working on a Customer Service Portal. I would like to get a recommendation on

  1. how to be able to track whenever portal users logs in to the Portal.
  2. Be able to track when user clicks and downloads an attached file(CRM Form Documents/SharePoint Integrated)
  3. Implement Portal tracking, to know what Users clicks on the Portal.

    Hi Marjorie 

    Microsoft recommends using something like Azure Application Insights to capture that sort of information.
