This should store in components and should come into solution like check in check outs.
How to achieve this step by step.

Can you please explain what exactly you are looking for? Do you want to add fields to a solution? If yes you can refer this: crmbook.powerobjects.com/.../
Also, regarding "any suggestions will be marked as verified", please do not mark any suggestions as verified because if someone else is looking for the same/similar issue he would try all the answer and unnecessary waste his/ her time and I am sure you don't want to waste someone else time :).
