Hi team i need to know how to lock a table . if multi users use it it should be locked can anyone tell me the Code .

i tried using CUSTOMER.LOCKTABLE; but it doesnt work where should i code it and it must be realese if the user is finish the work can anyone tell me code .

You need to specify the parameter true (lock) or false (unlock).

Customer.LOCKTABLE(TRUE);

You should code it when you think you need it, such as when you need to make modification or insertion to the table.

Normally its used during insertion or modification but you should be extremely decisive to use this.
