minimize & maximize buttons

I created a copy from the form HRMCourseListPage and set its style property to  Dialog, when the form is called by a MenuItem button only the X button appears at the top right edge and the minimize & maximize buttons appear after moving the cursor on the bar beside the x button. How can I make minimize & maximize buttons appear once the form opens ????

That's caused by the dialog-like style. Dialogs are expected to be used for simple data input; not to be minimized or to live too long at all. Use a different style.

By the way, your idea to base a non-list-page on a list page sounded strange to me, so I wanted to try it and I noticed that a preview pane disrupts the effect of Dialog style. You shouldn't try to mix such things together.

    Thank  you

What about selecting Simple List Details style ????

Visit Simple List Forms Overview to see how a simple list and details form should look like and work. If it's what you want to achieve, use the SimpleListDetails style, although using the right template from the beginning would be much easier.
