I did a minimal copy from production to Sandbox for test purpose. After the copy was done I get a error when navigating to the contacts.
see picture and logfile.
Does anybody have experienced this before?

All necessary applications are installed properly. However, error is still showing.

Please check of all the applications on your environment are installed properly.
check it via: admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/.../applications
We're experiencing a similar issue as well. The following error is showing up when I try to access the Contact entity:
There were no changes since the last time it was used. When I try to create a new contact, it is showing me this error:
Exception 'InvalidPluginExecutionException' occured: Error during retrieval of Configuration Entity: entity doesn't exist in the error log.
Are there any solutions to this please?

Edit: the sandbox had no marketing application installed. since Marketing application is a stand alone application you have to install this manuallly after copy prod to Sandbox.
solved by installing Marketing Applicatin to sandbox.
