Hi All,
I have a model driven app which has the facility to save and retrieve the email template. but when i use the email template to reply email option , i am getting a notification like this. I don't want this to visible to my customers. is there is any way turn this pop up off.

It is OOB behavior and it is maintain by the CRM internally, So we can not remove this popup.
There is one work around where you can remove the subject of an email, if user will click on the add template button or try to use reply all button of email where regarding is having object of entity type case.
So that if this email does not have any subject then the above popup will not show.
