Enabling Electronic Document - Collection Letter

When setting up Collection Letters, we have not been able to find any configuration where you can set the collection letters to use one that you have created in Electronic Reporting. 
The model, format, and mapping exist in the GER repositories, but we have not been able to find where you select the ones created in ER to run when creating Collection Letters. 
 
Where do you find this configuration?

    Enabling Electronic Document - Collection Letter
    Hi,

    For Collection letters, you can find the following ER configurations in the Dataverse repository:

    • Collection letter note (Excel) - Business Document
    • Collection letter note (Word) - Business Document
    • Collection letter DK - Electronic Collection letter for Denmark
    • Collection letter NO - Electronic Collection letter for Norway

    Business Document Setup:

    To map the Business Document configurations:

    1. Navigate to Accounts receivable > Setup > Forms > Form setup > Print management > Collection letter.

    Electronic Document Setup:

    To map the Electronic configurations:

    1. Go to Accounts receivable > Setup > Accounts receivable parameters > Electronic Documents.

    Collection letter note is visible in Print Management Setup, though when highlighted, nothing shows up for additional configuration on the right.
