Advanced Find Operator Help

Using the equals current user or his reporting hierarchy, no matter how i set it up i only get cases where i am the owner or my teams own. I get no cases were any other users are owners. When it says reporting hierarchy is it referring to the manager relationship? So i should be able to see cases that are owned by anyone with me listed as their manager? My end goal is to see my cases and any cases owned by users who have me listed as their manager.

    I do need team owned cases as well. So i thought that operator on owner would work but not seeing anything in the hierachy

    Hi,

    This article suggests that you need to enable Hierarchy Modelling in Hierarchy Security. You can configure it to be based on Manager or Position, depending on what you use. Hope that's useful!
