415I am having an issue setting up a transfer order process flow using the advanced whs logic in conjunction with license plate build and break.
The particular flow is related to transferring multiple items from one warehouse to another. The concept I am after is to split the transfer order into waves by area of the warehouse (and assign the waves to different workers). The pick for the first item brought back will be located in a staging lane on the dock. Any subsequent items for the same order will be routed to the same lane. (Up to this point everything works OK).
I then want to validate what has been brought to the lane and consolidate the material onto a parent license plate, load the license plate on a truck, receive the LP at the receiving warehouse and then break the pallet. I am able to build and break a license plate but can't figure out how to build the license plate build and load into my process.
My current work has pick for warehouse put to stage, pick from stage and load on truck. (with a stop work on the second pick). This works perfectly without the license plate concept.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
