Here is a conundrum??
I've recently created a new Model Driven App called Patient Carers.
Created this in a new Environment. Created tables, set up Teams, Roles, Security.
But the two users, currently who need to access the app are doing so by another entity, in another app??
Dynamics 365 Live Environment
Patient Carers Environment
The Patient Carers app is required to enable sending Journeys so the Customer Insight app has been installed....
The app was created to segregate B2B and B2C contacts and for different users..
As mentioned previously the two users who are working on the Patient Carers app can see the contacts, via another Environment.
When i send the link to the App via the Patient Carers Environment they see this
Not the actual Patient Carers App.
Within the Dynamics 365 Live Environment they a version of the Patient Carers app, but it's not the correct one and as incorrect data in
To make things even more confusing when the Customer Insights - Journey app is opened the Contacts entity display the Patient Carers data??
I would like the current users and any additional users to use the one app 'Patient Carers'
Hopefully this all makes sense and it's just a access permission issue??
