Cannot see export/import records in Data management.

I have a partner, he can see Data Management menu and he can access to it. However, he cannot see the records about Export/Import.

When he created a new import/export, he can see his record. After refresh page, record will disappear.(in my view, I can see it)

I did not write any code for that.

What kind of Privilege, duty, or Role my partner might miss?

What role is assigned to him currently ? You can compare your roles and his

There are 3 out of the the box roles . If you search security configuration by word data management you can see those roles and respective duties in those roles.

Best would be to go to users form and compare assigned roles. Data Management comes with 3 different roles overall.

Based on your question, you can assign these roles to the user. These are the roles which are available on default.

You can see which role would help you in accessing the information required.

if issue is still there, ensure data management admin role is assigned to other user and then ask the user to sign out and sign back in. Last could try resetting usage data

Did you compare your permission and partner permissions? If yes, try assigning System admin (temporarily) and see if that solves the issue. Is the problem only in one environment OR same issue in other environments as well (trying to rule out environment specific issue.).

If no roles has been customized, then suggest that you create ticket with MS to track this down.
