What API limits are there for calling an API from 3rd party client like Postman or Powershell?

Hi,
I have Power Apps per user plan and Power Automate per user plan access to my Microsoft Power Platform account. so in Power Apps I have 5000 and Power Automate 5000 API request limit to the account. But what about calling API from 3rd party client like Postman? How do I figure out what the API limits are then?

    Would say the limits are applied.
