Proforma Invoice document requires that Zip code and City must be filled in

Do you know why we get an error message when trying to open Proforma Invoice saying Zip code and City must be filled in? I can not find that this is an option to set as an requirement in Setup. When I filled in Zip code and City on the Sales order I was able to open proforma Invoice. I think this is strange. Please update me if you know the reasson.

is all standard or you have customizations?

Hi Javier,

We have customizations in our AX solution but I dont think we have something related address in the Sales Orders.

Are you using warehouse management functionality? If so, do you get the same message when doing 'Release to warehouse'?
