Add to calender for Event confirmation email

Kind of sucks that there is no standard way to add an ICS "add to calendar" link to to your Email confirmation for an event registration.
I saw that this could be made be in the development tools but before having to start this development, can you confirm if you have any plans to add this as a standard feature in an upcoming Wave 3 release?

    Hey!

    Much closer than that - we're hoping to release this feature as a part of our upcoming monthly releases. Currently, we're tracking March/April. Please keep an eye on the monthly "What's New" section for more.

    Followed the article but this is useless. First, it creates a ICS file that when clicked or imported creates a new calendar? why? it should open in the registrants own calendar. This alone makes it useless.

    Secondly, in Section 4 everytime you create an Email you must add a lot of HTML text and change it. No way my marketing staff have time or knowledge to to that.

    Why did you not make an "add to calender" button that you simply drag and drop onto your Email. Select the Event in the URL and your done!  Basic and crucial functionality that you have missed!

    Im under huge pressure in my company to dump Teams LE within 365M and go back to ON24.

    Hi, yes i have. That was the article i was referring too. I wondered if you were going to add this feature in the near future as a standard toolbox button option "add event to calendar" or whether we have to down this road in the article.
