Product image not showing in my POS

I have created a product and attached an image. In retail, I have linked the product to an assortment and made visible in the POS in a category. I also added a picture to the category. Now I have the following problem.

The picture of the category is visible in the POS, but the picture of the image is not visible. I have tried everything and I cannot find much information on the internet. Does anyone have any tips or a solution?

I work with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

    Hi Mohsine

I understand that you are not able to see product image on  CPOS. If yes than below is the tested way to visible Product images on CPOS.

Go to the release products and select the product and click on Fact box pane (Right side on the screen ) expand the product image and click on change image . Here you need to select the media gallery images and click to add option, now select your retail channel here and past the image URL location and close the form.

Now run the retail product job 1040 (Distribution Schedules) and if needed than process the assortment also. Than check your product image will be visible on CPOS screen.

Hi Mohssine, try setting product images under Product information management/Setup/Categories and attributes/Attribute groups. Select "Default product attribute group", then select "Image" attribute and click Edit button. You should see the list of media URLs. Click Edit in Excel and make the changes to point to valid image locations. Publish changes back to D365 once done. And lastly, run 1040, 1070 and 1150 distribution jobs to update channel database. This way you can see more than one product image on POS terminals.

I have setup all the URl and Media Server image is coming from 3rd party website, but issue is that only 1 image is coming from there instead of 3.

    can you help?

You will need to make sure that "Default product attribute group" is assigned to the retail channel you are testing in. Go to Channel categories and product attributes (under Retail/Channel setup) and make sure you can see the store you are testing in with assigned default product attribute group you modified.
